Luna. Such an evil, vile, awful, girl. I hate her with a passion. Everything about her disgusts me. Her alice of soul possession, her making it so Natsume has to pretend to hate mikan, her ruining everything. >:( Even the sound of her name makes my skin crawl. That girl is the worst person in the whole series. She's worse than Persona. I HATE HER!!! Anyone who likes her, I don't see how. She is....ugh

Luna has been in a horrible situation since she was a child.
She thought Yuka might actually like her, and I know from experience that we humans tend to cling onto any light we come across in our dark lives. But then, Yuka was a total butthead towards her instead of kindly requesting some space. Which is what set her off. After Yuka denied Luna rather cruelly, the principal was the only one who accepted her for herself, a trick or not. And I know when we're in dark times, all we need is somebody to be proud of us, even if it's a lie, and that we would do anything to keep that false affection, even if it kills us.
Have you no sympathy?
Luna is not a vile, evil person.
Kuonji is.
He took advantage of her pain and loneliness, same as with Persona and anyone unlucky enough to interest him.
She doesn't deserve this treatment from ignorant people who can't understand what it really feels like to suffer.
The ones who cry every night and have no friends or a horrible past (or are just plain compassionate) are the only ones who understand.
Think.
If we just all loved, accepted, and understood each other,
maybe there wouldn't be so many needless suicides and wars.
It's because of people who judge before understanding that the weak suffer and become evil.
It's the only place she felt welcome, I imagine, since everyone else kept turning against her.
Admit it.
Yuka was a horrible friend when she was a child.
And everyone else is ignorant.
